By accessing or using the Uno Hotels & Resorts platform — including our website, mobile application, and related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and partners.

2. Use of the Platform

You may use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform to make false or fraudulent bookings, to impersonate any person or entity, to transmit any harmful or disruptive content, or to violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through Uno Hotels & Resorts are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective property. Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. By completing a booking, you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by property and rate plan. The applicable policy is displayed at the time of booking and included in your booking confirmation. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Uno Hotels & Resorts is not liable for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@unohotels.in if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Uno Hotels & Resorts platform — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of UNO Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uno Hotels & Resorts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any booking made through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant booking.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
