Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the UNO Hotels & Resorts platform (website, mobile app, or API), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to all users, including guests, property partners, and API consumers.

2. Bookings and Reservations

When you book through UNO, you enter into a direct contract with the hotel. UNO acts as an agent facilitating the booking. Prices, availability, and cancellation policies are set by the hotel and are binding once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring booking details are accurate before confirmation.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By completing a booking, you authorise the charge to your chosen payment method. UNO does not store card details. In case of a disputed charge, contact us within 30 days. Refunds are processed per the applicable cancellation policy.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary per property and rate. The applicable policy is displayed before booking confirmation. UNO is not liable for cancellation fees charged by the hotel. Non-refundable rates are charged in full upon booking, regardless of cancellation reason.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account, use another user's account, or use the platform for unauthorised commercial purposes. UNO may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the UNO platform — including text, images, logos, and software — is owned by UNO Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

UNO's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the booking value. UNO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for hotel conduct, room conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. For consumer disputes, you may also approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
